Fifty isn't a precise line so much as where the pattern starts, but it's not one we picked at random, it's the same threshold the Australian Government's own Restart program uses to back mature-age workers into employment, and it's a marker other organisations built for this stage of life recognise too. Every Master goes through ID verification at onboarding. Where a Master holds trade qualifications, licences, or certifications, we register and verify them with a real person, not an algorithm. Every completed job is reviewed and rated by the customer who booked it, so reputations are built on real outcomes, not claims. Be sure to review the Master's profile, including any certification or insurance status, before booking.
